The China Survey
Abstract
The social science data of The China Survey were collected in a nationwide, multi-disciplinary survey of Chinese citizens in 2008, using an instrument covering a broad range of items on such topics as political attitudes, political behavior, and political communication, in addition to a standard set of demographic information on the respondents. The survey was designed by a group of China experts from several universities in the United States and China, and was a project of the College of Liberal Arts at Texas A&M University in collaboration with the Research Center for Contemporary China (RCCC) at Peking University.
