dc.description.abstractThis 3-credit study abroad course is designed for undergraduates to develop an understanding of the challenges of managing the transboundary consequences of disasters, whether natural or man-made. Students will gain a deeper understanding of the differences in culture, language, and disaster management approaches between the host country, neighboring countries, international organizations, and their country of origin.en
