The growing complexity of change in our society has affected county agricultural agents in both the United States and Texas. What are some of the changes? The most apparent change has been the population shift from rural to urban areas with its accompanying occupational shift, new value orientations and other similar problems for both areas. Two other changes have been the growth of agribusiness and the role of government in agriculture.en
