Abstract
Effective management of energy requires the same degree of manager/employee motivation as other management responsibilities. Basically the same factors cause managers and employees to be motivated and effective. In this discussion, we will review briefly what I consider to be key factors and then examine these factors, specifically, with regard to energy management.
