Brick & Mortar
Abstract
The project is an adaptive reuse project, converting an abandoned fire brick manufacturing plant into a mason training facility. The facility exhibits several post-industrial techniques to serve as a visual reference for the aesthetic potential of structural masonry, with research into their most plausible construction methods and limitations.
