An archaeological survey of the 12.536 acre site of the proposed Tiffany Park in Brazos County, Texas was conducted by Brazos Valley Research Associates in August of 1993 under Texas Antiquities Committee permit number 1293. During the course of this investigation one historic site (41BZ126) was found. This site consists of a scatter of glass, ceramics, and brick that probably dates to the early 20th century. The area was very disturbed at the time of this investigation, and it is not known if 41BZ126 is the remains of a residence or simply a trash scatter. This site is not worthy of official State Archeological Landmark (SAL) designation and no additional work is recommended. All records related to this project have been placed in permanent curation at the Texas Archeological Research Laboratory (TARL) in Austin, Texas. Copies of the final report and project notes have also been submitted to the Texas Antiquities Committee.en
