This study was conducted to develop and evaluate a licensing program for operators of two-wheeled motor vehicles. The program was evaluated by an advisory jury of persons prominent in traffic safety and motorcycling. Further evaluation was based upon statistical analyses of a sample of completed written tests. Specific characteristics analyzed were values of distractors, discrimination, form equality, scorability, and reliability. ...en
