Abstract
This paper includes a review of the overall purpose of the study conducted for the Institute for Educational Leadership, 1976. The general approach and the limitations of the study are noted. Then we summarize some of the major findings of the study with policy recommendations.
Description
A paper presented at AERA by the author about a study to assess the impact of administrative behavior at various levels of government when it comes to the implementation of Title I and to identify dysfunctional elements. The study explores the inequitable distribution of Title I funds and identified implementation variables associated with successful computer education programs. Blaschke makes several recommendations at the state and local levels including a clearer auditing system.Citation
