dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to define empirically, through latent partition analysis, the basic research needs for community education. A classification system or a ranking of community education research needs was seen as preliminary to the development of a national cooperative research strategy. A systematic attempt was made to categorize and analyze statements on needed research as specified by regional community educators.
