dc.description.abstract | In this paper an analytical expression for the mutual impedance between two identical, electrically thick coupled folded dipoles in nonstaggered parallel orientation has been developed. A boundary value problem was solved to formulate an integral equation for the current distributions on two mutually coupled single conductor cylindrical dipoles. The coupled folded dipoles configuration was then found from the dingle conductor case. The mutual impedance was found from the symmetric and antisymmetric components of antenna current using the superposition theorem. ... | en |
