Angular distributions of fission fragments for the reaction of ¹⁰B + Au at bombarding energies of 130, 180, 225, and 320 MeV were obtained. Integration of these cross-sections was carried out, but problems with the first three energies prevent us from reporting absolute data at this time. The total fission cross-section for the 320 MeV case was 1.2 ∓.16 barns which lends evidence to the possibility of a drop in collective character at energies/nucleon comparable to the Fermi energy.en
