dc.description.abstractThe development and use of Microcomputer software for energy related calculations is described. Specific examples discussed will be the calculation of fuel combustion characteristics, combustion efficiency, and heat exchanger performance. The use of microcomputers to run commercially available applications software will also be discussed, and some of the advantages over mainframe network computers will be explored.en
