Abstract
A guide to presenting proposals on Energy Conservation Projects by plant engineers to their top level management, in order to get approval for Energy Conservation Projects. Through the author's past experience he ascertained that many Energy Conservation activities do not gain approval due to plant engineer's inability to properly prepare and present proposals for expenditure approval by top level management. Over the past several years the author has developed a successful format to obtain their approval for funding feasible and realistic Energy Conservation Projects in a wide variety of large industrial, small industrial, commercial and institutional facilities located throughout the United States and abroad.
