Many Plant Engineers profess to need help organizing and establishing a comprehensive, continuing energy management program. This paper describes the methods utilized to establish the State and National award-winning programs at 3M. Also described is a systems monitoring concept designed to predict, monitor and control energy use in major buildings. The B.S.E.S.
