dc.description.abstractIntent of this paper is to show how recovery of heat in hot waste gases reduces nation's energy requirements, reduces dependence on foreign fuels, results in quick payoffs on recovery equipment investments, helps maintain production in event of reduction of fuel allotments and to explain how the heat can be recovered without adverse effect on fuel burning units from which waste gases emanate.en
