dc.description.abstract | This paper is dedicated to five situations where unrecognized needs were discovered while general and generic training was being conducted. The initial training classes were on the proper use and importance of steam energy in many different types of facilities. The following examples prove that training should not conclude at the end of classroom instruction. Validation and verification becomes an important part of any class conducted or solution created. The examples used show that there is a definite return on training investment. | en |
