dc.description.abstract	In accordance with the Health and Safety Code Section 388.003, as amended, the Laboratory reviewed and considered the comments received and performed a technical analysis that compared the stringency of the Texas Building Energy Performance Standards, based on the 2000 International Energy Conservation Code with the 2001 Supplement (2000/2001 IECC), to the 2009 IECC and Chapter 11 of the 2009 IRC.	en
