dc.description.abstract | Significant improvement in energy efficiency was achieved at Rohm and Haas’ Kankakee, Illinois facility last year through the combined efforts of all plant personnel. In total, a 24% reduction in energy requirements per pound of product produced was reached compared to 2004. That amounts to $270,000 in savings in 2005 with 1000 fewer tons of CO2 emitted to the environment. | en |
