dc.description.abstract | Large public buildings have been the emphasis of energy conservation in China. In this paper, the design and operational energy consumption evaluation indices for large public buildings are generalized, their differences and deficiencies are analyzed, and the evaluation indices of each kind of key equipment and the whole heating and air-conditioning system are put forward from the point of view of usage efficiency of energy. The energy consumption evaluation index system for large public buildings is primarily established. The calculation method of each kind of energy consumption evaluation index is given, which provides the foundation for further studies on energy consumption for large public buildings. | en |
