dc.description.abstract: Based on the existing residential buildings in cold areas, this paper takes the existing residential buildings in a certain district in Beijing to provide an analysis of the thermal characteristics of envelope and energy consumption in winter with the software PKPM, and provides the technical and economic analysis, which may provide reference for suitable plans for energy efficient reconstruction of buildings in cold areas.en
