The next evolution of sustainability, affordability and community in one building site. In which people can live in an area where they can grow their own food, and have outdoor activities. This project is able to explore the ideas of growth and unification. Applying current wood construction and extending it to the next level, allowing housing units to be a key component of the design space not just interior but also external. Bringing the community together not just in living conditions but also providing the necessary ideals to help with daily life activities. This project will explore the ideas behind the design concepts and the changes that were made throughout. Exploring the site to continue to explore horizontal and vertical circulation, in which CLUS-TX explores different architectural terms such as space, circulation, void, material and many more to understand and continue to propose affordability and sustainability in a different day.en
