Although most organizations have risk critical information available, it is not always integrated. In this paper, a bowtie perspective is proposed that enables an integration of three risk data sources. Issues with these three risk data sources are discussed and ideas for improvement are proposed. The integration of bowtie risk assessments, incident analyses and audit data complements each other and provides an interesting perspective on the status of the process safety management system. The integrated approach can be a useful addition to existing process safety management approaches.en
