dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted in December 1976 and January 1977 for INTERTECT as one part of a series of case studies, interviews and reports being prepared for the United Nations Disaster Relief Office (UNDRO) to help determine the role and effect of emergency shelter following disasters. San Antonio Cornejo was selected because housing reconstruction aid was recieved after the community's initial respone to reconstruction following the earthquakes of February 1976.en
