Lion and Map of Europe
Abstract
(Black and White) The picture on this postcard shows a map of Europe spread out on the horizon with a Lion walking from France into Belgium. An arrow points the way from Belgium to Germany and says "To Berlin." There are two halfpenny green stamps on the back, and the card is postmarked Horton on August 31, 1918. The sender wrote "Come on all the Doyle" above the lion on the front and sent the card to a J. Doyle, Esq., from Jack.
