dc.description.abstract | Research has been generated by the desire to make the Global Positioning System (GPS), a highly accurate navigation system using satellites, accessible to the civilian user at reasonable cost. Research up to this point has been done on developing the algorithms for a low cost GPS users set which employs the Kalman Filter. This paper is an overview of past research in the development of these algorithms and documentation of the software to be used to give future researchers a three dimensional graphics tool to analyze developments in the low cost user set algorithms. | en |
