Prairie View A&M University started a large scale energy management program in 1987 and 1988. This updated report presents an analysis of whole-campus energy consumption at the Prairie View A&M Campus where whole-campus indices were developed that normalize for weather, conditioned area, and campus enrollment. The resultant indices were then used to estimate whole-campus energy savings resulting from the guaranteed-savings energy management program at the Prairie View Campus.en
