As the world becomes increasingly interconnected, efficient and sustainable transportation solutions are more important than ever. However, creating new transportation infrastructure can be a challenging and daunting process. One alternative approach is to leverage existing infrastructure and transform it into innovative transportation systems. In Texas, the integration of rail travel presents a unique opportunity to improve transportation, boost the economy, and enhance sustainability. With over hundreds of cities already located along the rail infrastructure, rail travel could revolutionize how Texans travel and interact with their cities. The proposed transit center aims to be a key element of this transformation, serving as a hub for sustainable transportation and providing seamless connections between different modes of transit. Beyond its functional role, the transit center could also have a significant impact on the surrounding urban fabric, potentially enhancing the quality of life for residents and visitors alike. By exploring the potential of existing infrastructure, this proposal seeks to create a transportation system that benefits both the economy and the environment.en
