This article proposes that libraries reimagine their information literacy instructional programs using a broader conceptualization and implementation of information literacy that promotes collaborative and personalized learning experiences for students, faculty, and staff, while embracing scalable instruction and reference strategies to maximize librarians' time. We focus on four areas for growth: (1) integrating information literacy across the curriculum, (2) identifying scalable methods to provide information literacy support inside and outside the formal classroom environment, (3) facilitating the creation of personalized learning environments, and (4) engaging students and faculty in social and participatory learning.en_US
