Abstract
This paper introduces Critical Mitigation Element (CME) Methodology, an Occidental Oil and Gas Corporation (OOG) probability analysis methodology internally developed for the purpose of achieving consistent results when conducting risk evaluations throughout the company’s worldwide upstream oil and gas operations.
