Abstract
Cone maturity is as follows- cone A, basal section (picture 1); cone B, basal section (picture 2, left); cone C, immature (picture 2, right); cone D, basal section (picture 3). Three brown coprolites were identified in the matrix (picture 3).
Description
These images were used in the research for a master's thesis from the Texas A&M University Dept. of Geology and Geophysics (Date of submission: May 2020).Images were taken from unmounted peels of coal balls.
Cones A, B and D are basal sections
Cones C is a immature cone.
3 brown coprolites were identified in the matrix.
Peels were made by Anne Raymond, the advisor for this thesis.
