Cone A (picture 1, left) is a basal section and cone B (picture 1, right) is taphonomically degraded. A single brown coprolite was identified in the matrix (picture 2).
Description
These images were used in the research for a master's thesis from the Texas A&M University Dept. of Geology and Geophysics (Date of submission: May 2020).Images were taken from unmounted peels of coal balls.
Cone A is a basal section
Cone B is a degraded cone.
A single brown coprolite was identified in the matrix.
Peels were made by Anne Raymond, the advisor for this thesis.
