Mother O' Mine
Abstract
(Color) This card depicts a soldier with his sword riding a black horse. Behind him are images of a battle and flames and (presumably) his mother. The stamp is green, British and cost halfpenny. The card is postmarked Shorncliffe and Folkstone at 8:50 P.M.on November 23, 1914. The postcard was sent to "My Dear Ma," Mrs. Lee, from Gerald.
