dc.description(Color) Unlike the postcards "I'm Thinking of You Everyday" and "I'm Thinking of You Everyday (2)," this card is a poem written as a letter but it does not provide a pre-printed "From" space where the sender signs their name on the front. The picture to the left is titled "At 'Duty's Call'" and depicts a soldier and a British flag. This card's subtitle reads "At Bramshott Camp." There is no stamp or postmark and the card is addressed to Miss Rhoda Maelor at 24 Church St., Silverdale, N. Staffs., from Dick.en_US
This collection previously belonged to Dominic Hibberd, an English biographer most noted for the biographies of Wilfred Owen and Harold Monro, World War I poets. He collected these postcards for research purposes.
