TRANSCRIPTION; MESSAGE [pre-printed]: Best Wishes; for Christmas.; With Christmas Wishes; Kind and true; That all life's blessing; Come to you.; FROM W. Taylor; SENT TO: Master Jack Young; 2 St. Catherine's Cottage; Ventnoren
dc.description.abstract(Black and white) This postcard is an example of a transparency Hold-To-Light postcard. A Christmas card, the poem on the front instructs the reader to hold up the card, where angels appear in the clouds next to the plainly visible church and town. The card was sent, but the postmark and stamp are missing. W. Taylor sent this card, most likely for Christmas greetings as the pre-printed message indicates, to Master Jack Young.en
