Preparing for the Unexpected (Spanish)
Abstract
We can reduce the risk of injury or death from disasters by becoming informed and by being prepared for them. This booklet explains how to make a family disaster plan, how to compile a disaster supplies kit, where to find help, and how to get involved in community efforts for disaster preparedness. It also includes special sections on children, food safety, pets, septic systems, and farms and ranches.
