Abstract
Traditionally, the well-being of animals and humans are kept as far away as possible, but what happens when these two types of facilities get close to one another? The One Health Model tackles exactly that by bringing Human, Animal, and Environmental Health together. Creating a facility that allows two clinics, one for human and one for small animals, will provide the proximity of bringing these two types of health care together. Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) will be the sustainable construction material to complete the One Health Model, with Environmental Health.
