Abstract

Eleven color photographs of Opuntia engelmannii (also known as Texas prickly pear), a flowering plant the Cactus family commonly found in prairies, openings, brushy thickets, and woods, and frequently found on coastal dunes, flats, and shell deposits of the Texas Coastal Bend.
