Abstract
This article discusses a study which was conducted to determine the relationship between mean sea level and mean high water in the Gulf of Mexico. Mean sea level is used as a reference to mark a change in overall water level. Monthly mean water levels were monitored for fluctuations at four stations along the Gulf coast. Extensive discussion of identifiable trends and correlations are included.
