dc.description.abstractIn military training programs, program attrition is a problem not only financially but also in terms of its effects on the team environment and team morale. The purpose of this study is to compare freshmen cadets who choose to stay in the Corps versus those who leave the Corps during the first semester their freshman year. The goal is to enhance the selection and retention of recruits in future military training programs as well as in business and industry.en
