Item Leveraging Economic Interdependence for Offshore Energy Developments(2024-05-20)Why is the certification of potential energy reserves in the Levant Basin Province (LBP) lagging so far behind that of its oil- and natural-gas-rich neighbors? The answer lies in the geopolitically fragmented nature of the LBP. Unlike the LBP, Egypt’s Eastern Mediterranean resources fall neatly within its Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ). The political fragmentation of a resource basin that cuts across often-disputed maritime borders, however, constitutes a major constraint on its development. This paper examines how geopolitical fragmentation negatively impacts the development of offshore energy resources in the LBP. By reviewing recent events in the region, it underscores the complications associated with maritime border disputes and the exploration, extraction, and transportation of cross-border resources. The paper then draws attention to how adjacent regions have navigated similar challenges by capitalizing on interdependent economic opportunities.Item Information about Material Available Online: Assistive Technology Oral History Project(2023-01-06) Blaschke, Charles L.; Rucker, ChaunceyItem Selling into Niche Markets(Education Turnkey Systems, Inc., 2006-07) Education Turnkey Systems, Inc.Item Technology in JTPA Programs (an interview with Charles Blaschke)(Adult Literacy and Technology Newsletter, 1988-12)Item Ways Companies Can Capitalize on Education Niches for FY 2009(National School Supply and Equipment Association (NSSEA), 2008) Blaschke, CharlesItem The Special Ed Market for Computer Products(Educational Dealer, Fahey Williams Publishing, 1983-01) Blaschke, CharlesItem A Marketing/Sales Plan to Getting a Share of Federal Expenditures(National School Supply and Equipment Association (NSSEA), 2007) Blaschke, Charles
