Patent and Trademark Office, 2019-07-09) Rao, Jianghong; Xie, Hexin; Cheng Yungfeng; Cirillo, Jeffrey D; The Texas A&M University System; The Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior Universityβ-Lactamase substrates and methods for using the substrates to detect β-lactamase and to diagnose tuberculosis.Item 2010(2010)Item 2011(West Campus Library, Texas A&M University, 2011)Item 2012(West Campus Library, Texas A&M University, 2012)Item 2013(West Campus Library, Texas A&M University, 2013)Item 2014(West Campus Library, Texas A&M University, 2014)Item 2015(West Campus Library, Texas A&M University, 2015)Item 2016(West Campus Library, Texas A&M University, 2016)Item 2017(West Campus Library, Texas A&M University, 2017)Item 2018(West Campus Library, Texas A&M University, 2018)Item 2019(Business Library & Collaboration Commons, Texas A&M University, 2019-05-01)Item 2020(2020-01-23)Item 2021(2021-02-09)Item 2022(2022-02-01)Item 2023 West Side Informer(2023-01-05)Item 6-channel array coil for magnetic resonance imaging(United States. Patent and Trademark Office, 2008-06-03) Mathew, Susan; Boskamp, Eddy Benjamin; Blawat, Leroy; Lorbiecki, John E.; Hoppel, Bernice E.; General Electric Company; The Texas A&M University System, A Texas State AgencyA method and apparatus for acquiring high resolution MR images of a carotid artery. A six-channel RF coil array has three RF coils placed in an overlapping pattern and positioned adjacent to a first region-of-interest (ROI) of an imaging patient. The six-channel RF coil also has three RF coils placed in an overlapping pattern and positioned adjacent to a second ROI of an imaging patient.Item Accelerator driven sub-critical core(United States. Patent and Trademark Office, 2015-03-17) Mcintyre, Peter M.; Sattarov, Akhdiyor; Texas A&M University SystemSystems and methods for operating an accelerator driven sub-critical core. In one embodiment, a fission power generator includes a sub-critical core and a plurality of proton beam generators. Each of the proton beam generators is configured to concurrently provide a proton beam into a different area of the sub-critical core. Each proton beam scatters neutrons within the sub-critical core. The plurality of proton beam generators provides aggregate power to the sub-critical core, via the proton beams, to scatter neutrons sufficient to initiate fission in the sub-critical core.Item Accuracy bootstrapping(United States. Patent and Trademark Office, 1994-07-05) Soenen, Eric G.; Geiger, Randall L.; The Texas A&M University SystemA method and apparatus for a system physically realizing a transfer function and having improved accuracy and fast calibration is described, comprising a plurality of stages configured in a serial fashion, each stage having a transfer function realized with fixed and adjustable elements. Control logic for selectively reconfiguring said stages, operable for coupling any one of said stages to a reference signal and for further coupling said one of said stages to the remaining ones of said stages in a serial fashion is added; control logic for selectively causing said stages to transmit at their output responses to an input which enable measurement of individual components within said stages is included; and control logic for updating the adjustable elements within each stage is described. A calibration technique is disclosed wherein the system is reconfigured to allow any one of said stages to be configured as the first stage in a chain made up of all of said stages, serially coupled, the first stage outputting signals indicative of the value of components within it in response to selective excitation by the reference signal, the remaining stages capturing said outputted signals and storing the result as a measurement. The calibration process continues until the adjustable elements within each stage have been updated. Additional cycles may be performed for increased accuracy. An additional preferred embodiment of an analog-to-digital converter implemented using the accuracy bootstrapping invention is disclosed. Other embodiments are also disclosed.Item Activated hybrid zero-valent iron treatment system and methods for generation and use thereof(United States. Patent and Trademark Office, 2021-08-10T00:00:00Z) Huang, Yongheng; Texas A&M University SystemActivated iron media and methods for generating and using the activated iron media. The method involves aqueous suspension comprising a zero-valent iron, ferrous iron, and an iron oxide to provide a settled solid and re-suspending the settled solid to provide an aqueous suspension containing an activated iron media.
