Item Gerotor apparatus having outer gerotor with strengthening members(United States. Patent and Trademark Office, 2017-06-06) Ross, Michael K.; Holtzapple, Mark T.; Rabroker, George A.; Ross, Michael K.; Texas A&M University SystemAccording to one embodiment of the invention, a gerotor apparatus includes a first gerotor, a second gerotor, and a synchronizing system operable to synchronize a rotation of the first gerotor with a rotation of the second gerotor. The synchronizing system includes a cam plate coupled to the first gerotor, wherein the cam plate includes a plurality of cams, and an alignment plate coupled to the second gerotor. The alignment plate includes at least one alignment member, wherein the plurality of cams and the at least one alignment member interact to synchronize a rotation of the first gerotor with a rotation of the second gerotor.Item System and method for remote monitoring and controlling of facility energy consumption(United States. Patent and Trademark Office, 2008-04-08) Culp, Charles H.; Claridge, David E.; Haberl, Jeffrey S.; Turner, William D.; The Texas A&M University SystemA method for remote monitoring and controlling of energy consumption of a facility includes receiving energy consumption data associated with the facility at a processor disposed remotely from the facility. The method also includes receiving environmental data associated with the facility. The method includes determining whether an operating parameter of an energy consumption system of the facility requires modification to increase efficiency using the energy consumption data and the environmental data. The method further includes automatically modifying the operating parameter of the energy consumption system corresponding to the required modification.Item Systems and methods for expert systems for well completion using Bayesian decision models (BDNs), drilling fluids types, and well types(United States. Patent and Trademark Office, 2015-09-22) Al-yami, Abdullah Saleh Hussain; Schubert, Jerome; Saudi Arabian Oil Company; The Texas A&M University SystemSystems and methods are provided for expert systems for well completion using Bayesian decision networks to determine well completion recommendations. The well completion expert system includes a well completion Bayesian decision network (BDN) model that receives inputs and outputs recommendations based on Bayesian probability determinations. The well completion BDN model includes a treatment fluids section, a packer section, a junction classification section, a perforation section, a lateral completion section, and an open hole gravel packing section.
