dc.description.abstractThis paper provides an update of the integrated NOx emissions reductions calculation procedures developed by the Energy Systems Laboratory (ESL) for the State of Texas. to satisfy the reporting requirements for Senate Bill 5 of the Texas State Legislature. 1 These procedures are used to report annual NOx emissions reductions to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) from the state-wide energy efficiency and renewable energy programs. These programs include: the impact of code-complaint construction, Federal buildings, furnace pilot light upgrades, the Texas Public Utility Commission (PUC), the energy efficiency programs managed by the Texas State Energy Conservation Office (SECO), electricity generated from wind power in the state, and several additional statewide measures, including SEER 13 air conditioner and pilot lights.en_US
