Automatic Control System of Car-Bottom Reheating Furnace
MetadataShow full item record
At present China has large quantities of two-regenerator gas reheating furnaces which are old in fashion and low in calorific efficiency. Therefore, the question how to increase the calorific efficiency is very much concerned on condition that the furnaces are not modified in their construction. This paper, however, will give you a definite answer to this question. One of the most effective methods for increasing the calorific efficiency is to improve thermal control systems of reheating furnaces. In this way you may get a remarkable result in energy saving, but less investment and quick effect. This paper is intended to describe the view through the modification examples of two reheating furnaces and discuss in detail the relation between the thermal control system and energy consumption, the principle to select control plans and different results from various plans and describe the control of oxygen content in the waste gas.
