It is very difficult at best to keep interest and concern high for energy conservation during times of relative low energy costs and good economic times. However, it is even more difficult to revive a program once the commitment and interest in energy conservation has flagged. The purpose of this paper is to illustrate several areas where changes in philosophy and methods can revitalize an energy conservation program and yield more savings.en
