VIBS 310 Week 6: Citation Basics
Abstract
In this learning module, I use a video to introduce the basics of citation practices, including why we cite, what we cite, and what we don't cite. I also use a discussion prompt to help students begin narrowing down a topic for their capstone project, the literature review.
Description
The material this week has been pared down from what students usually get. This was necessary because of severe winter storms that created widespread power and internet outages last week, making it impossible for many students to access or participate in week 5 activities. The module that students saw, then, in our learning management system included last week's material in addition to the video and discussion prompt published here.Department
