Description(Black and White) This postcard is a real photograph of clasped hands in front of two Union Flags, surrounded by rose bushes. The poem text and image are surrounded by a bas relief floral pattern border. There is no stamp or postmark, but seems to be sent to Tom, from Tom Sanderson.
This collection previously belonged to Dominic Hibberd, an English biographer most noted for the biographies of Wilfred Owen and Harold Monro, World War I poets. He collected these postcards for research purposes.
