Abstract
Quality is defined not as what the supplier
puts into the product but what the customer
gets out and is willing to pay for. Power
quality problems present themselves in a
variety of fashions, many of which cause
process interruptions. Process interruptions
lead to supply interruptions to the customer.
An oft-interrupted supply can be viewed as
an unreliable supply.
