Abstract
This paper covers some of the major aspects of the development and execution of the Southwest Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (SOUTHWESTNAVFACENGCOM) Energy and Water Program.
The program covers Naval and Marine facilities in 14 western states. It started from zero in 1992 and has grown to a program which has identified and is in the process of implementing energy and water savings projects totaling over $115,000,000.
