Abstract
Soil tests can be used to estimate the kinds and amounts of soil nutrients available to plants and as aids in determining fertilizer needs. This publication covers the three-step procedure for obtaining sample bags and instructions, collecting composite soil samples, and selecting the proper test to be conducted by the Soil, Water and Forage Testing Laboratory.
